Lance B. Johnson

With nearly 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Lance B. Johnson brings a broad perspective and deep understanding of the investment landscape. His career began in investment operations before holding a variety of leadership positions, including Regional Vice President, National Sales Manager, and National Speaker focused on insurance and risk management. Lance has worked with financial professionals and clients across the country, sharing strategies and helping individuals navigate important financial decisions with confidence.

Lance believes successful financial planning begins with understanding the individual behind the portfolio. Every client brings a unique combination of goals, values, experiences, and concerns. He takes the time to understand each client’s vision for the future before developing personalized strategies to help preserve wealth and manage risk. Lance’s philosophy centers on helping clients build a financial roadmap that supports their lifestyle and provides the peace of mind to enjoy it.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Insurance and Risk Management from the University of Olivet. A native Michigander, over the years his financial industry career had Lance speaking and working in almost every state across the country.  Over the last 25 years, he developed a friendship with Joe Koch, which led to an opportunity to partner.  Together, Joe and Lance leverage their extensive experience in the financial industry to deliver client-focused solutions for today's complicated financial issues.  Away from the office, he enjoys woodworking, tackling DIY projects, golfing, and spending time at his cabin in the northern woods of Michigan.
